Absolutely! We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
If you would like to return your item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order (based on the delivery date in the tracking record, if available), and include your reason for return.
We’ll provide you with detailed instructions for returning the item.
Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
If you paid by credit/debit card or bank account, please allow additional time for PayPal (our payment processor) and your bank to complete the refund process.

If the return is not due to an error on our part, a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund (after any applicable discounts or shipping adjustments).

Shipping fees, including express or expedited shipping, are non-refundable.

For purchases made at onemorecase retail stores in Taiwan or Vietnam, we accept returns and offer refunds within 14 days of the purchase date (as shown on the physical receipt).
Please return the item in its original packaging, along with the original receipt.
